It goes differently and it's fun

After living here several months we discovered some interesting facts about Queens Land. It happens, that you need only to observe... and some funny thing will appear.

a) traffic comes on the opposite side of the road... don't practice this at home, you can get hurt
b) there are two different taps for cold water and hot water. You can't have warmish water from the same tap.
c) traffic lights are worthless
d) light bulbs doesn't have threads on it....
e) there are always more meat that salads when you order a salads with some meat
f) largest rodents - squirells. People say you need to be afraid of them, because they can bite you. On the other hand they are truly gorgeous creatures. You just want to catch them and squish.
g) fries.. it comes with every meal. But it's not tasteless, it's good, but unhealthy.
h) children. They are polite and submissive. How on earth?
j) there are cafes at the churches. You can pray and then go to eat your meal. It's nice, because you can give your charity there.

And many other things go differently.  And it's still nice to discover new things about this country.
